Role & Resposibilities
Led the venture as a Product Designer and Brand Strategist – driving design, crafting intuitive UX, and shaping a unified brand identity. Spearheaded efforts that positioned the venture distinctly in the Solana NFT space.
As a co-founder, played a key role in day-to-day operations, decision-making, and team building. Took active charge of hiring across functions, helping strengthen the core team and scale operations efficiently.

Mint Success: Sold out the entire 10k NFT collection – raising $1.2M in project funds within just 8 minutes.
Branding: Built a strong brand presence, gaining traction across Solana – within 3 months from inception.

Current Focus
Currently guiding the venture toward product–market fit in the GameFi space on Solana, leveraging product design expertise to refine the user experience. I'm also overseeing internal operations, governance systems, treasury, and team development to drive sustainable growth and a strong company culture.
