Senior Product Designer @ Quranium
Designed user-facing products for a quantum-secure L1; Shipped Qinfi, ToQenfi, and core ecosystem apps.
Overview
At Quranium, I design user-facing products across a quantum-secure Layer-1, focused on making high-stakes, on-chain systems feel simple and predictable.
My major shipments include Qinfi (retail-first super app) and ToQenfi (RWA tokenisation), where I translated complex contract flows into guided journeys with clear states, confirmations, and recovery paths.
Beyond these, I’ve contributed to key L1 ecosystem products including QSafe wallet (mobile app + extension), QxSwap (DEX), QRN Scan (explorer), QRemix AI (IDE), and QRN Faucet, keeping mental models consistent across retail users, power users, and builders.
I work end-to-end: defining IA and flows, mapping edge cases, partnering with engineering early for feasibility, and shipping wireframes, mockups, and prototypes – through design reviews and stakeholder demos.
Role & Resposibilities
Owned product design across a quantum-secure L1 ecosystem, driving key journeys and system-level UX decisions end-to-end.
Led major initiatives for Qinfi and ToQenfi, shaping IA, core flows, interaction states, and edge-case handling.
Defined and scaled UX patterns across ecosystem products (QSafe, QxSwap, QRN Scan, QRemix AI, QRN Faucet) to reduce cognitive switching between tools.
Translated smart-contract constraints into high-confidence UX with clear confirmations, guardrails, and recovery states for high-trust actions.
Drove design reviews and stakeholder alignment, articulating tradeoffs and ensuring feasibility with engineering under strict timelines.
Impact
Retail-Ready Web3 UX: Simplified complex L1 and RWA workflows into guided flows that non-technical users can complete confidently.
Trust-First Design: Embedded security cues aligned with Quranium’s quantum-secure positioning through confirmations, guardrails, and recoverability.
Ecosystem Consistency: Standardised interaction patterns across wallet, DEX, explorer, IDE, faucet, etc; Reducing cognitive load when moving between tools.
Execution at Speed: Designed around real execution states early with engineering, reducing ambiguity and preventing “pretty but impossible” UX.
Reflections
Designing for a quantum-secure L1 reinforced a core principle: trust is designed, not declared.
When users are moving value on-chain, the interface must do three things consistently:
explain what’s happening,
prevent avoidable mistakes, and
recover gracefully when things go wrong.
Whether it’s a retail user using Qinfi, someone tokenising assets on ToQenfi, or a builder using the QRemix AI and QRN Faucet, the job stays the same: make complex infrastructure feel predictable, safe, and easy to complete.
